Job Description As an Applications Specialist – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will play a key role in driving enhancements and new initiatives across Sodexo’s Integrated Facilities Management System (IFMS) platform. This role focuses on evolving the D365 F&O environment through targeted improvements, new capabilities, and optimisations that support changing business needs and strategic priorities. Working within a complex enterprise application landscape, you will contribute hands-on technical expertise to design and deliver enhancements, integrate new solutions, and continuously improve platform performance and usability. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners to shape and implement initiatives aligned to Sodexo’s objectives and Microsoft’s product roadmap, while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver enhancements and new initiatives across the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. Translate business requirements into well-architected, sustainable application solutions. Develop and implement integrations and improvements using Microsoft-recommended best practices. Lead technical analysis and solution design for platform enhancements and remediation activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery partners to shape and prioritise initiatives. Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation validation to ensure high-quality outcomes. Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement across the application landscape. Contribute to application standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing to support long-term platform evolution.
